The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is a world-renowned zoo, natural history museum and botanical garden, all in one place. The Sonoran Desert Region--an area encompassing parts of Arizona and California and the Mexican states of Sonora, Baja California, Baja California Sur, and the Sea of Cortez.
These two were in the hummingbird aviary.

Check out the teeth on this guy, take a good look at those k9's. Not only are they sharp at the points, but as they open and close the mouth the k9 teeth rub against each other sharpening the sides and acting like scissors.
Looks kind of cute doesn't he. Remember this is just the head and pelt.
Javelinas, or Peccaries are medium sided animals with a superficial resemblance to pigs. Also like pigs they have feet similar to deer. There the similarities end, they have fur and other physiological differences.
